      We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount. 

  • Tracking Orders:

      Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will                          be provided via email. You can track your order using the provided            tracking number on our website or the shipping carrier website.

  • Missing or Damaged Shipments:

      If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within          48 hours of receiving the shipment.

      We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your                        satisfaction.

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that returns are necessary, and we want to make the  process as easy as possible for our customers. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps

1. Contact Customer Service:

Reach out to our customer service  team to initiate the return process. You can contact us via email Support@christiankitchen.shop or through our website contact form.

2.  Provide Order Information:

Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. This will  help us quickly locate your purchase and process your return.

3. Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it  back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Receive Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange for a replacement item, as per your preference.
